Individualized programming for coaches

A pro-level program.
For every athlete.

Helix writes every athlete a training program from their own assessment, built on the Helix Method and scaled to their level. Your staff approves. Your athletes train.

The Helix Method

Professional programming. At every level.

A complete strength and conditioning method, built and refined by working coaches on a real training floor. It scales to each athlete's level, developing through professional, and to where they are in their season. Your staff programs at that standard from day one, with no method to write first.

Who it's for

Built for coaches who program.

Gyms

Every member. A professional program.

Programming and the front desk in one system.

  • Built from each member's assessment, not a group template.
  • Every coach starts from the same standard.
  • One record from the front desk to the floor.

Travel ball and club teams

A whole roster. Every player on their own program.

Built from each player's assessment and logged on their phone, wherever the team trains.

  • One program per player, not one sheet for the team.
  • Throwers get arm care built from their own needs.
  • Players log every set from their phone.

College and high school

Strength-coach programming. Without the strength-coach hire.

Every athlete at their level, from freshman to senior, approved by your staff.

  • Four training levels, so a freshman and a senior aren't on the same sheet.
  • Consistent from the first week of the season to the last.
  • A coach decides what reaches athletes.

How it works

Built from data. Checked by a coach.
  1. AssessA physio, athletic trainer or qualified assessor records the assessment in Helix: movement screens, injury history, training background.
  2. UnderstandHelix identifies what this athlete needs: what to fix, what to build, what to protect.
  3. BuildA four-week block, written to the Helix Method, at the athlete's level and in the right phase of their season.
  4. ApproveA coach reviews it, changes what they want, and publishes.

Not AI guesswork

A method, not a model.

Helix doesn't ask a language model to write programs. It applies a coaching method to each athlete's data, so it gives the same answer from the same inputs.

Same athlete, same program.

Run it twice and you get the same block. When a program changes, it's because something it was built from changed: the athlete, the gym's setup or the method. Never chance.

Every exercise Helix chooses has a reason.

Ask why Helix chose an exercise and get a coaching answer: the need it meets, the phase it fits, the progression it continues.

Written by coaches. Applied the same way.

The Helix Method was written by coaches and is applied the same way to every athlete, so quality doesn't depend on which coach had time that week.

Optional · Coaching DNA

The Helix Method is the first strand. Your coaching is the second.

Already program your own way? With Coaching DNA, Helix learns from the programs your coaches build and the changes they make: how a session opens, what it leads with, what they steer away from for a thrower. Helix still chooses every exercise and runs the method's safety checks, and as your gym builds programs, your staff's own session structure takes over from the default. The drafts start to read like your staff wrote them.
